Where can I find an active newsblog specializing in new and popular books?

Q. I really want to get back into reading and I want to do this by checking out books that have generally been received well by readers and/or critics, or are just well-known. Part of the enjoyment of reading is discussing the books, especially when it's easy to find others that have read the same thing as you.

We have all these news blog sites focusing on film, television and DVDs, but is there a fairly regularly updated site (in blog format) that posts about new, mainstream books and authors?

You can try this one, It's a 100 book challenge, I've found some really good ones (like Perfume: The Story of a Murderer). So far, I think there are 26 different books listed along with a summary and opinion...

How come my questions and comments are more popular in some open forum websites? I am not popular in royal blog news. My questions, answers, and comments are more popular in yahoo answers.

you can join forums, communities, blogs etc. relevant to your blog. So you can share your ideas, views etc. about your blog with your friends, groups. Also share your views, ideas on social sites like facebook. twitter etc..
