I am no where near good at high-tech electronic stuff and building websites from scratch so if it's really necessary can someone help me figure out the technical stuff, ... how to get started...lol

You need to get a website first, try searching the net for that... there are many many services that allow you to make free websites, you can use yahoo.com/geocities, but its better to compare the facilities being offered by other websites. If you use a free web server the name will probably be too long, to have a nice short name use a redirection services. Dot.tk is a good one.
As far as gossiping goes, numerous chat servers give away there code for free. and if that dosen't work, people have uploaded customizable scripts that allow the user to create a chat room or forum of their liking. And as for the website itself, get coldfusion, its a web development software thats easy to learn. You can create your own web pages from that.
One more thing, if you intend to sell merchandise via e-transactions then it is highly recommended that you buy a website, the free servers are not that secure in this regard

Are there any good YA books about teenagers with anxiety?
Q. There are lots of books about teenagers with depression or addiction issues but I'm looking specifically for ones about teenagers with anxiety problems or panic attacks. I have already read The Nature of Jade and didn't really care for it. Some of my favorite YA authors are John Green and E. Lockhart. Please help!

You might like one of these.
Side Effects by Jennifer M. Barry
"The story focuses on a high school student suffering from an anxiety disorder. The student, Isaac, struggles to find a way to balance his overwhelming fears with being a "normal" high-schooler experiencing the joy of first love."
Angels Turn Their Backs by Margaret Buffie
"On her first day at a new school, Addy, 15, has a panic attack and races out; without understanding what is happening to her, she finds herself unable to leave the safety of her home. Everything in her world first changed when her parents separated and Addy moved from Toronto to Winnipeg with her mother. Now Addy convinces her mother (a bit too easily) to let her home-school. The atmospheric, introspective prose moves slowly, as does the plot, but readers gain a realistic sense of Addy's state of mind; a sensitive portrait of a troubled girl coping with abrupt changes emerges."
Holding Still for as Long as Possible by Zoe Whittall
"In this robust, scruffy, elegantly plotted, and ultimately life-affirming novel, rising star Zoe Whittall presents a dazzling portrait of a generation weâve rarely seen in literature â the 25-year-olds who grew up on anti-anxiety meds, text-messaging each other truncated emotional reactions, unsure of whatâs public and whatâs private. With this extraordinary novel â which offers a thrillingly detailed inside look at the work of paramedics, devastating insight into anxiety disorders, and entertaining celebrity gossip â Zoe Whittall fulfills the promise of her acclaimed first novel, Bottle Rocket Hearts, and proves herself as one of our most talented younger writers."
