I'm in my late 20's and I'd like to shave my hair, to start a deep treatment like taking hair vitamins, laser comb, shampoo to make regrowth my hair, etc.
Do you think is a good or bad idea? Could I regrowth my hair? Am I going to make it worse if I shave it? I'm not bald but I'm stressing out when I see my brush with a lot of hair ...Please I need your comments, specially if you are a hair specialist or a hairdresser.
Thanks

Bad idea! Google: Hair growth lawsuits. Hair growth caused other men nationwide in class-action lawsuits. About 1,640,000 results (0.10 second. Jan. 24, 2011.
Google: Hair regrowth firm gets the treatment as client sees no fringe benefits. University student Raymond Bayssari, 20, who despite boasting a head of hair most bald men dream about, was awarded a $1305 immediate refund after a tribunal found Mr Bayssari's hair had not regrown. Published 8-23-12.
According Dr. Melissa Piliang, a dermatologist at the Cleveland Clinic. Americans spent an estimated $176 million on hair loss products last year, and chances are some of that money was not well spent. Donât let charming salon owners, seductive ads or fancy gimmicks convince you otherwise.
CNN, Slate, Consumer Reports, MSN, YAHOO have posted them online for years how people spend $20 billion per year on vitamins and supplements. According to Everyday Health, here's an article that will tell you why . . . those PRODUCTS by any other name do NOT WORK. It is false advertisements.
Google: Are Supplements Good For You? About 58,000,000 results (0.13 seconds)
THENÂ Google: Are vitamins & supplements good for you? About 230,000,000 results (0.17 seconds). Some can actually shorten your life!
Even hairdressers have hair loss, if they're taking SUPPLEMENTS, MEDICATIONS, USING HEAT & CHEMICALS, ANTI-ACNE PRODUCTS, POLLUTION in the water, ALL HAVE SIDE EFFECTS.
I've had bad permanent curls in my life, before, but no hair loss there. Actually mom started perming my hair since 2nd grade, then started again in the 80's & 90's, still no hair loss there.
If you've straightened your hair in the past, it may grow slowly or none at all.

NO MATTER which link you picked, they all suggest the same foods. Your hair may be the fastest-growing tissue in the body but, unlike the skin, it cannot repair itself. That is why getting the right balance of vitamins and proteins is imperative. Don't expect to look like you've stepped out of a hair commercial the day after you've changed your diet. It is likely to take at least three months before you actually see tangible results. Hair is dead, but hair also has electrical energy; the negative charge of damaged hair can lead to flyways and unruly hair.
Growing healthy hair doesn't come from a bottle or pills and hair products do not speed hair growth. Any hair oil, is another form to keep hair moisturized, nothing more. If you're in HS, your hair & nails should be growing normally, and as healthily as possible, since you're eating healthy foods. But when hair isn't growing as fast, it's because they've been tampered with: chemicals, hair straightening, etc. . .
Cutting your split ends yourself, spend 5-10 mins. on a sunny day so you can easily spot them, using a 2" scissors, cut strand by strand, section by section, allowing new growth to take over. Then 2x a year, get a good hair cut. This won't speed things up, but it will make the hair look healthier while it's growing. Even healthy hair like mine get them, due to normal brushing & styling.
My hair grew 3/4" in 29 days. How I know? I had a feather extension before my birthday, it was braided, from the roots that's how long it had grown.
Best answer comes from people with Avatars, showing their healthy shiny, soft, silky, smooth hair.
Are there any hauntings where you work at?
<3 my nut
There are at mine. One time, I could've sworn the printer and a colleague's computer turned on by itself. When I looked in his cubicle, he WASN'T there! I was one of the first ones there. There were four of us who were early. And each of the three guys I talked to SWORE they never touched the printer, never thought of turning it on, and never touched the other guy's computer.
And the janitors always leave early because of some weird stuff. One of them saw orbs in the bathroom.
Another colleague of mine swore she saw shadows and heard some strange tapping noises, and doors closing and opening.
And I heard there was a "ghostly woman" who haunts the top floor. Another colleague of mine said she saw someone in the women's bathroom hanging from the ceiling, a noose around her neck.

I work for a very old bank in Cleveland, Ohio. This bank is still is business today, however, they've built a new building attached to the old building. I can tell you that 20 years prior to my working for them, I happened to be downtown with my new son, taking him to obtain a social security number. On this day, I took the bus, the bus stop for our return home was directly across from the new bank construction going up. As I stood waiting, I saw 3 men fall from the construction site, however, I did not see them fall to the ground as it was blocked by walls they had set up to block the site. When I got home that night, I heard on the news that 3 of the workers were killed that day from a construction accident. You may ask, what does this have to do with anything....read on....
20 years later, I now work for the bank, am an educated, professional person. I work pretty high up in the tower and had to work on a Saturday to finish a project. I was fine until I heard conference room doors closing that were on the other side of my office. I took a walk to the restroom and noticed the lights on and doors open??? I turned out the lights and left the doors open. I walked back from the restroom and the doors were closed. I knocked on the doors, heard nothing, opened and the lights were on with the door closed. I walked around the floor that day and could find nobody else working in my area.
Although I was a bit unnerved, I couldn't leave and had to finish up what I was working on. I went over to the sink area to get some hot water on tap, for some odd reason, the sink kept going on by itself after that. This was the type of sink that was not loose, you really had to pry to turn it on. It was then that I packed up my things and left for the day.
I really believe that there is spirit energy probably just because the bank is very old and maybe because of the workers that died building the new bank area. I never work over again, not even past 6 because it's too chilling for me. I just pack up the laptop and finish at home, but yes, I do believe in ghosts.
