As we know Johnny Depp has always expressed how much he would like to revive his role as Captain Jack Sparrow. Well Deppâs reps have confirmed that the A-list star has signed up for Pirates of the Caribbean 4.
We can report that only Depp has signed up so far for the fourth outing of the movie franchise. Co-stars Orlando Bloom and Keira Knightley have always insisted they will not return for a fourth time with the franchise. Who cares anyway, we only want to see Pirates of the Caribbean 4 for one person, and that is Captain Jack Sparrow.
Johnny Depp is certainly a busy man at the moment, as well as returning for Pirates of the Caribbean 4; he will also play âTonto in Jerry Bruckheimerâs âLone Rangerâ and the Mad Hatter in Tim Burtonâs âAlice in Wonderland.

I mean, every news I come across on TV always has some celebrity talk, which is very very annoying because it's a waste a time and I don't care! Does anyone agree? Does anyone know why it's so "important" for the public to hear on TV about them?

Okay, allow me to explain this to you. A celebrity is a person, who has a prominent profile and commands some degree of public fascination and influence in day-to-day media. The term is often synonymous with wealth (commonly denoted as a person with fame and fortune), implied with great popular appeal, prominence in a particular field, and is easily recognized by the general public. They usually become a celebrity because they have some talent, not always though as proven by Kim Kardashian and Paris Hilton who are celebrities without having any talent what so ever.

Okay, now comes the part that is apparently difficult for you to understand. Because they are in the public eye, the media is of the opinion that people have an interest in hearing about them and believe it or not, many people actually do. There are entire magazines and entertainment programs dedicated to celebrities and they are read and watched by millions.

So while I personally agree with you that celebrity news is a waste of time, that opinion is no more than a personal opinion which isn't shared by many others. Celebrities often make their millions because they are in the public eye. The media therefore reports about them, whether we like it or not.

Why do we hate the Kardashians so much?

Ay caramba...where do I begin? I hate them for so many different reasons...

At first I could bear it...but now, I am so sick of that trashy family. EVERYTHING they do is made public, even the stuff no one gives a crap about. I could care less if Kim Kardashian goes out to buy a new dress. I'd rather hear about more important news. You know what I mean? That's one reason...they make the news ALL THE TIME. There has not been one day where I've logged on to Yahoo and haven't seen something about Kim Kardashian...who she's dating, who she's fighting on Twitter, what she's wearing, etc.

Next...they think they're all that. They have virtually NO talent. What have they done for the good of society? Make girls want to starve themselves and get plastic surgery? I'm pretty sure they can't do shit. They can't sing or act...sure, they're pretty, and make decent models...but that brings me to my next point.

They make drama out of the smallest things. Once Kim posed naked for a magazine, and months later, when they featured it on their cover, she made a big fuss and argued that they showed "too much". Honey, the only person who showed too much is you...what in hell were you thinking when you posed nude? Did you think they wouldn't reveal all of it? She's so stupid! It's her fault if they had a picture of her completely naked. SHE was the one who agreed to it. How could she even complain about that? She loses that argument, hands down.

Kim Kardashian also sued Old Navy because they used this girl who looked like her (Melissa Molinaro) in one of their ad campaigns. A few months back when I was reading that article, I was literally like *facepalm*
First of all, the world does not revolve around you. Why do you think they chose that girl for their advertisement? Maybe because they wanted someone pretty, that could sing and dance. NOT because they wanted the whole world to think Kim Kardashian was affiliated with their brand. The last person they'd want to be their spokesperson is Kim. And she's still convinced Old Navy wanted people to buy their stuff because Kim (or someone who looked like her at least) supported it.

And the last reason I'll talk about (I have a ton more)...is the whole Kim Kardashian divorce thing. She divorced that guy, Kris Humphries (who the hell is he? no one knew he existed before he started dating Kim), only 72 days after their wedding. How dare she say she values marriage. How dare she say she married for love. Actually, she did marry for love...her love of money! She had that guy waste pretty much all the money he had on the engagement ring...so much for commitment. She also televised her wedding, and sold it to E! and made MILLIONS of dollars. That's wrong on so many levels. Where is the love these days? A true wedding isn't about the cash. You shouldn't get paid to get married!

And that concludes (or at least introduces) the many reasons why I despise the Kardashians...Kim in particular.

I work on the side as a Nuisance Wildlife Controller for the state of which I reside.
I work right along side with the Game Wardens and State Wildlife Biologist.
Our wildlife habitat is saturated with many species that must be reduced, the sad part is a lot of it is due to society.
With the ever growing human population, our wildlife is being deprived of its habitat.
Land for houses, building supplies and even the food you eat is grown where it was once wildlife habit.
Some farmers share the land with the wildlife and do not complain of the animals feeding on their crops, where others do not tolerate it at all.
We are pushing the wildlife in to a smaller and smaller habitat with the passage of every year.
Trapping is no longer a violable industry, so these species that were once controlled by trapping now are reaching an epidemic proportion that their habitat can not sustain.

Then you need to look at another problem our native wildlife must endure.
The ever growing invading species that were once the pets of man that are no longer wonted and dumped in to the ecosystem.
Cat, dog, snakes and birds are the most abundant of this invading species.
In the Florida everglades they are trying hard to exterminate an invading species of Burmese Python read this insert and the link is attached also if you would like to see it, itâs about half way down the article.

What do you do with a ten-foot-long Burmese when you don't want it anymore? Zoos generally won't take them. Herpetology societies are always trying to find new homes for these big snakes. Veterinarians and animal shelters routinely receive abandoned big snakes.
Worse yet, unwanted snakes are frequently just let go. In 2004, National Geographic News reported that the Florida Everglades "are being overrun with Burmese pythons.... Since the mid-1990s, park rangers have killed or captured 68 Burmese pythons. [They] are popular and legal pet snakes. In the past five years, the U.S. has imported more than 14,000 Burmese pythons. First, don't worry, North Korea does NOT have the capabilities to place nukes into missiles yet. And even if they did, they don't have the missile technology to shoot anywhere near America.

Some people have been worried about a up-comming missile launch by the North Koreans. Its true. The North Korean's have moved two missiles to the east coast and have been preping to use them. But these missiles can not shoot anywhere near Hawaii, nor is it believed that Hawaii is a target or anybody. North Korea has launched many missiles in the past as tests, and to also continue there provacative behavior.

The tensions with North Korea has been around since the first Korean War. After WW2, North Korea was intrusted to the Soviet Union and the South was intrusted to the United States. Both sides pushed there influence on these two territories. North Korea became a Communism while the South became a Democracy. North Korea wanted to reunite the Koreas under Communist ideology so invaded the South. America intervened and after a long war it ended in a "armistice"

It is a strong possibility that war with North Korea could happen. But more then likely, it won't happen unless North Korea attacks first. We won't allow a major attack, we will intervene if it is believed they are going to use nukes but other then that we won't attack first. Through the past years Korea has repeatedly threatened to attack, even sunk a ship and fired a few artillery shells but never went full out.

This has always been a strategy of North Korean officials to scare western countries into negotiating for more aid and food. Once they got what they wanted they would wait a couple months and start over again.

The thing that has caused the threats now to be more in the spot light is because North Korea threw out the armistice agreement, which technically means North Korea and South Korea are in full out war. And with the increase of troop movements to the border, and preparations made on artillery teams ready to start war, increases the possibility to war.

The two Koreas have been in a technical full state of war from the very start. A armistice (Basically a cease-fire) just means a agreement to end the fighting, without a peace agreement this means the war is still going.

If you look at the speeches by North Korean officials announcing the open state of war they say "Any actions will be looked upon in the sense of open state of war" meaning anything done to THEM will be looked at in the sense of open war, meaning, they more then likely are not going to do anything themselves, only saying "You do something, we will do something."
If in fact a war broke out, this is a good scenario:
At the start of the war North Korea will use its huge amount of artillery weapons to attack away at the South Korea which is in reach. One of there major targets will be Seoul, the capital of South Korea. There might be a few missiles shot out from North Korea that may target Japan or Guam but nothing big.

In the next few days will be both sides lodging artillery back and forth and clashes between ground forces along the DMZ. (De-militized Zone or the border between the two Koreas). South Korea and American, and whatever other coalition forces that take part, air forces will focus on targeting North Korea's air capabilities first. (This is a common tactic done by America in previous wars) Targeting air fields, Anti-air missiles and radar. This will be the first week or two.

The next priority will be taking out the mass amount of artillery weapons. After America and South Korea has air superiority they will focus on targets such as these, tanks and large amounts of soldiers in one area.

A large ground invasion will then most likely come from the DMZ. Smaller invasions will take place on the East and West sides of North Korea through Navel capabilities, after the small North Korea navy would be taken care of in the region. These foot holds will force the North Korean military to fight on three fronts.

In the end the fighting is said will take about 3-4 months with minimal to no damage on US soil.

Not much. People tend to take no notice of North Korea, even after they try to get attention. A hype for a few days then back to normal.

The fact is, there will not be a war between North and South simply because North Korea can't sustain a war without China and China's economy relies too much on the west to get involved in a war with a silly little dictatorship that offer practically nothing to China worth fighting over.

The fact is, in the modern world, dictatorships are frowned upon and if China suddenly decided to stick up for some stupid old bloke who throws his rattle out of his pram just to get attention from the rest of the world their international reputation would be damaged. China obsess over their economy and global status because, of course, they like to be recognized as a superpower. They can't afford to dabble in silly little remants of a Cold War that finished long ago.

At the moment, it suits China and the rest of the world to leave the silly little dictatorship as it is. South Korea is used to taking silly, insignificant blows from the North. In the grand scheme of things, the North's little skirmishes are pathetic. They wont attack because they know they can't win.

So basically, nothing new is going to happen.

If I had to bet I would say yes. As we can see, this new year started with many diplomatic moves and interesting situations are being developed. The front lines are becoming more clear;

in Asia there is disputes between China and Japan on Senkaku/Diaoyu islands, witch can easily scale to a major skirmish. (by treaty US must ally to Japan if war is declared); Theres Korea's front, Last week Kin Jong-un declared martial law, and we all saw that "korean dream" youtube video, where america is shown destroyed by North Korean Nukes. In the American Continents there is the Falkland/Malvinas Islands situation, as we know the islands will held a referendum to decide its fate, if will stay as a British oversea territory or it will be returned to Argentinean rule. While it could reach an peaceful resolution, it seems unlikely as the Argentina's president miss Cristina Kirchner said previously the british colonizers should not be heard as they are the invading force, leaving only the native populace to vote  on the  referendum. Why does the media never show Kim Jong-Un talking?

I know it might seem like a bit of a weird question but it seems like all the videos I see of Kim Jong-Un are voiced over by news anchors or just clips of him waving in front of big crowds. I'm just wondering if this is one of those things like the laws in the 1940's that forbid translating hitler's words or later laws to not show him in color to "dehumanize the enemy". Even though he is unarguably super crazy it would still be nice for some news media to put out translated "State of the Crazy Address" to get a better understanding of the psychology and attitudes over there.

Because not many people in America speak Korean and North Korea is very secretive so clips of their leader speaking are rare. If we do get a clip and its something relevant to America, the news talks about it.

hello beautiful people, i need your help more than everrr!!!! okay so i'm 23 years old, and i have ALOT of trouble when it comes to choosing the ideal handbag / purse brand. i have ONE louie vuitton that everybody envies, and then i bought a prada bag that everybody (my friends) laughed at, cos they believed the bag itself was for a 40year old woman, and not a 23 year old girl. I try flipping thru magazines, trying to see what brands celebrities my age wear, but they never seem to name them, only what they're doing in the photo sorta thing. So i have a quiz for all you purse/celeb fans. I'm going to name some brands, and its up to you to tell me what celebrities you know of who have been seen with these brands, then i'll google their age & everything, and stay clear from that paritcular brand if say middle aged women wear them moreso than younger women. understand??

I see so many questions like "did you hear katie holmes is cheating on tom cruise" I can't help to think how lame is that, like what do you do follow these people's lives, don't you have one of your own?

all this media, on style and fashion and clothes, I can understand seeing the actor in a movie, and saying "man he kicked @ss in that movie"

but gossiping over their lives, like you have none yourself just seems mad lame to me, like what the hell is the point of E news? lol they're rich and famous, and could care less if you died like a cockroach and you give them all this attention

Look at religion..People need something to somehow make them feel more like they are "somebody"..People sing along to songs, they watch TV. Its how everything works. Individuality is endangered. (Im not tryng to be blasphemous in my statement, but its almost like that with celebrities)

Im an Aussie 21 year old girl going to live in London for a few months in July.. basically I want to know where all the good clubs are? I'm going with a few friends and we have no idea about anything. What do girls over there where when clubbing as well? it is not cold in July in London, best bet for you is to go on-line and check out Hello and Ok and other UK gossip mags they always have photos of female celebrities falling out of London nightspots so your have a good idea what is being worn around town.

As for clubs just go on to google and type in London Nightclubs and they will list all the ones in the centre of town but will not include the hundreds spread all over the city and suburbs

I was thinking of Lights (Valerie Poxleitner) or Nathalie Fay (the receptionist from the hangover) maybe even Mila Kunis. But those are just ideas. I have brown hair and dont want to wear a wig.

But Focus on the Familyâs gender and homosexuality analyst Jeff Johnston believes the song takes away any hope of meaningful transformation and betterment.

The gender expert focused on a line where Lady Gaga proclaims, âThereâs nothinâ wrong with lovinâ who you are âcause He made you perfect, babe. So hold your head up, girl and you youâll go far, listen to me when I say âIâm beautiful in my way, âcause God makes no mistakes. Iâm on the right track, baby I was born this way.â

Johnston said the line is âbad theology.â

The Bible teaches that since Adamâs fall from grace, all humanity is born in sin. To believe that there are no mistakes, means there is no chance to reform a fallen nature. Johnston said this is hard news for a Christian struggling with same-sex attraction.

âWhen I was a young adult, this message would have taken away any sense of hope,â said Johnston.

As a youth struggling with his sexuality, Johnston said he found relief in church, where congregants loved him and God gave him the grace to overcome same-sex attraction.

People were made in the image of God and created without sin, Johnston said. But because of the Fall, humans are affected by sin in every area of life, including emotionally, physically, and sexually.

"Thankfully, Christianity allows for transformation and freedom from sin," said Johnston.

Lady Gaga and her single have drawn a lot of attention among the Christian community. Helen Lee, a former intern for Catholic blog Busted Halo, wrote, âGaga is spreading the good news of Jesus Christ, whether intentionally or not.â

Lee related Lady Gagaâs pet name for fans (little monsters) to humanityâs sinful nature; her focus on gay rights and HIV to Jesusâ recognition of human suffering; and her latest single to Christâs love.

But some Christian leaders say the pop singerâs lyrics are grossly misguided.

Prison Fellowship founder Chuck Colson, who noted that Lady Gaga wrote the song in 10 minutes, commented, âWe shouldnât expect too much nuance and thoughtfulness from someone best-known for wearing meat as a dress and making an obscene gesture at a Mets game.â

And FOTF President Jim Daly observed of her background, âLady Gaga was clearly not born this wayâ but built her persona and celebrity in a very calculated way.

Lady Gaga was born Stefani Joanne Angelina Germanotta. She grew up in the Upper West Side of Manhattan, N.Y., as a child to two executive-level professionals. She was raised Catholic and attended an exclusive, private Catholic school. According to the biography on her official Facebook page, Lady Gaga began performing in clubs during open mic night at age 14. At that age she was also being teased for her eccentric style.

Daly reported in his blog that Gaga was counseled by a friend to maintain a constant public persona. Now even long-time friends refer to her as Lady Gaga and she dons over-the-top outfits at award shows as well as on the streets.

âSheâs built her entire persona and celebrity on a platform thatâs anything but typical,â Daly said of Gagaâs âI was born this wayâ claim. âShe is playing a part, a role, and not living as she would outside the bright lightsâ

Unlike Gagaâs âyou are who you are, accept itâ message, Daly said that God can free us from our faults.
