A question about celebrities?

I'm not one to actively follow celebrity news or gossip, especially rumors about celebrity couples; but there's something I've been wondering about regarding a particular celebrity couple.

Gerard Butler has been dating Romanian model Madalina Ghenea for a few months. They met while filming a commercial for shaving cream. Ever since, there's been pretty typical celebrity gossip about them. They both plan to settle down and have kids. They broke up and are trying to reconcile. She got plastic surgery. Stuff like that.

Again, I don't actively follow this stuff. I was at summer camp when Michael Jackson died and I thought it was just another rumor; it wasn't entirely unlikely in my mind.
However, since we all know people say things just to make headlines regardless of their accuracy or how unbelievable it might seem (especially over the Internet), I thought this would be an opportunity for me to momentarily withhold judgment and hope that there's even one piece of celebrity culture I can get behind (not that it would really matter).

So, my question is:
Did Ms. Ghenea get plastic surgery? And if so, should I be surprised?

And yes, this entire post was just a lead-in to me asking about her getting plastic surgery, since I couldn't find anything relevant on Google.

i think entertainment sites always want to share gossips, but i don't always believe them, the only entertainment website i believe in, is Yahoo! news, you should read news there too!.
