Is there any evidence to suggest that Iran's nuclear program is solely the intellectual property of their own scientific community or was the program initially developed due to the transfer of advanced and crucial theoretical information (nuclear physics) by North Korea? Is there any evidence whatsoever to suggest that the Iranians could have developed their own nuclear program without the transfer of vital information by Russia, China, and North Korea?
If Iran's nuclear program is not wholly indigenous, then who is to say that they could not have obtained all the vital information required via military espionage to construct an atomic weapon, as in the case of Russia, China and North Korea?
How should we explain the fact that Russia and China are the CIA's chief adversaries in regards to military espionage, but Iran has never, in its entire history, managed to steal as much in terms of top-level, classified, military information as in the case of Russia and China in the last 60 years since WWII?
How should we explain the fact that both Russia and China have far more effective intelligence gathering capabilities than the would be superpowers such as Iran? What is the underlying basis of the difference between Russia, China and Iran in terms of their respective capabilities to conduct high-level military espionage against the United States?
Last but not least, how should we explain the fact that most of the scientists who worked on the Manhattan project are of European stock (with the exception of two Chinese Americans), but people from Africa and the Middle East are historically excluded from America's top secret program to develop the world's first Atomic bomb? Surely, this cannot be explained by any discriminatory policy on the part of the government, but the exclusion of "scientists" from Africa and the Middle East could only be logically explained by some other factors which has nothing to do with the government? What is the underlying basis of so-called "scientists" from Africa and the Middle East being excluded from the Manhattan project?:

Answer
the iranian nuclear program was developed because iran signed and ratified a legally binding international treaty, the Nuclear Non Proliferation Treaty. they made a commitment to not pursue nuclear weapons in exchange for nuclear power reactors such as the russian completed plant in bushehr and the nuclear technology center of isfahan currently being built by the chinese. it is illegal under article 2 of the NPT for any non nuclear power to acquire nuclear weapons. it is also illegal for any nuclear power america, russia, china, france, the uk to transfer any nuclear weapons technology to any non nuclear power under article 1. and iran got caught, considering russia and china do not want a nuclear armed iran i would say that is unlikely. and iran is not a superpower, or a would be superpower. how do you know what they have stolen
the manhattan project was lead by the united states with participation from canada and the uk, neither are in the middle east or africa. the youtube videos have nothing to do with it
Nuclear Non Proliferation Treaty
http://www.un.org/disarmament/WMD/Nuclear/pdf/NPTEnglish_Text.pdf
this treaty was designed to stop the flow of nuclear weapons while still allowing for the peaceful transfer of nuclear power technology (nuclear reactors)
countries that have signed and ratified the NPT

israel, india, and pakistan never signed or ratified this treaty and are not bound by it, they do not have to submit to IAEA inspectors. and have no obligations under the NPT
The issue has been of international concern since the discovery in 2003 that Iran had concealed its nuclear activities for 18 years in breach of its obligations under the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT)

The head of the United Nations International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) said today there is credible information that Iran is developing a nuclear weapon and called on the country to agree to a visit by a high-level team to clarify the nature of its nuclear programme

Earlier this week, IAEA inspectors reported that Iran had broken Agency seals at the Natanz facility and two related storage and testing locations, Pars Trash and Farayand Technique.
The previous week, Iran had requested that the IAEA lift the seals, which covered centrifuge components, special steel, high strength aluminium and centrifuge quality control and manufacturing equipment, as well as two cylinders containing UF6 located at Natanz. UF6 is uranium hexafluoride, which flows through the centrifuges in the enrichment process.
The seals also covered some process equipment at the Pilot Fuel Enrichment Plant at Natanz.
Iranâs Safeguards Agreement under the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT) authorizes the IAEA to âapply its seals and other identifying and tamper-indicating devicesâ as needed.
Iran suspended all uranium enrichment and reprocessing in 2004 in the so-called Paris agreement for talks with the EU-3 to resolve issues arising out of the disclosure that it had for almost two decades concealed its nuclear activities in breach of the NPT

The Vienna-based IAEA was informed late last month by Iran about the construction of a new enrichment plant. Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon said last week that the facility violates Security Council resolutions because of the delay in its disclosure.

ok. again i had to ask this - North Korea topic again?
I know that stick to mad about this topic but I can't just let it go.
with the new and smaller bomb or nuclear bomb, do the west cost of U.S had anything to worry?
I read the heading and watch all three video on this article

and make me to ask this question again.
I for one live on the west-cost which is California which is why I am asking this question. I know that no one can't predict what or how this going to turn out but it's possible the new North Korea long-range is able to reach the west-cost of U.S?
Will any of the North Korea missile reach the west-cost of U.S? in the one of the video, the news broadcaster said that I can only rea
