I was so glad it made it on the news! I contacted all of the news stations here plus the Toledo Blade hoping they would make this public. I am glad it worked! Not only that, but I and my husband contacted his previous employer in which they stated they have received hundreds of calls about this and are cooperating with law enforcement and the Humane Society. I believe this guy is most likely running scared and is most likely hiding. I am hoping he will receive prison time instead of a slap on the wrist when he appears in front of the judge after he is caught. I absolutely appreciate every-ones help with this. Thank you everyone!
