What apps I must have in my Galaxy S4 phone?
Ricardo
Im new with my smartphone and I would like to have a list of the greatest apps for it.
Thanks!
Answer
A part of the fun is experimenting with the phone. As I told someone the other day, I believe the apps I use are the best (for me), but that does not prevent me from checking out the next app.
Apps I can't live without on a daily basis:
DaskClock (for Lockscreen and Daydream). During charging or docked, clock/user data is displayed.
AirDroid (transferring files).
Some file browser (I have 4+, with each having their features - Total Commander gets the most usage).
Smart WiFi Toggler (control your wifi usage to save power).
Apps Organizer (better than standard files).
Opera mini (the web).
Floating Browser (the web).
Floating Toucher (short-cuts).
Floating Stickies (notes). The floaters can be visible at all times. Great for multitasking on a device that really can't multitask.
Tunein (web radio player).
Sound Hound (id music).
Bam (lists most popular/new apps - very ad driven).
Fetch (fetch apps based on your apps - very ad driven).
Drippler (android/S4 relevant news).
I'd suggest to take everything that Samsung/Phone Provider put on phone be put in a directory. 7 pages with 16 icons/page gets used up fast. Then take them out as you decide if you want to use it or a 3rd party app is better. I guarantee some of these will be there. âº
