yet majority of murders aren't even mentioned at all unless
I noticed Yahoo headlined about a gang of white teens attacking a hispanic man.... why are whites not european americans, like black americans, of hispanic americans ?
I find it all rather odd.

Why does one missing child in America get a 3000 person search party & 12 different stories about them in the national news & the rest of the thousands that occur as of late get a small headline in the local newspaper?
Its sad to say, but half the reason may be because their are too many. People are killed every single day, especially by their own races (gangs, prisons etc.), if the news reported them all it would... well, I guess it would be exactly the same. All bad news.
In line w/ your question, people enjoy reading/watching about racial differences in crime so they can state their opinions to biased parties & feel like they've done something good. The news puts up what they think will give them views.
