It beats even the Nigerian letter scam in the way it openly collects money and even paying the government the tax on it! Is it bad to be obsessed with a celebrity?

My friend is obsessed with a musician. She has a custom poster of him, his CD, a picture of him on her laptop background and she talks about him all the time. She also watches interviews on YouTube and Googles him everyday to read the latest news about him.Her mom told her she's obsessed but I just let her talk about him. She doesn't dream about her wedding with him or act like him though. Also, she is 15. Is that bad to be that obsessed?

Who is the musician? Usually, they grow out of it... or the severity of the obsession deteriorates. It's bad when she stalks and harasses the musician... when things get out of hand. If she isn't insanely-obsessed, about to go hunt the guy down, I think everything's fine.
