I have played far cry instincts on the xbox and I thought it was awesome that you could use vehicles with your friends. But now with Far cry 3, I don't know how to do that. I made a map with cars and boats then try to play it with my friends but it still wont work. I have tried doing private matches and that doesn't work either. Does anyone know if they are going to make an update for it or something?

Im sorry to inform you the bad new but there is no vehicles in Farcry 3 multiplayer. I was a big fan of Farcry instincts and stuff like that too so when i found out that ubisoft did not add vehicles in multiplayer i really just stopped playing. I don't think i would of even bought the game if i knew that before hand. There is a lot of rage on the forums about this and there is some petitions, here some some links:

From what they said it did not help team work and create the game play they wanted. I'm sorry but that is BullShi*t. In order to use a vehicle it takes more then one person, (Driver, Gunner, Ect. Ect.) So to say it dose not help team work is a lie to cover there a$$. They just wanted to make far cry like call of duty. I really don't know what the world of games has come to these days. Good luck my friend and I'm sorry you had to find out a bit late. Farcry *Was* a great game.

Should I get an Xbox 360 or should I wait for the next generation of video games?

I don't want to buy an Xbox and a few months later they announce another generation of games. I've had my WII for like a year and a half now, and i here there coming out with a new one.

There is no news of any next console coming out any time soon (if at all)
With the hardware and sales as they are, and with the emerging 3D obsession with consumer electronics, it's likely that we're safe for at least 2-3 years.
Graphics - How good can they get, that and the development time to make a good game look good too. It more of a cost gamble for the developer / publisher.
Hardware - It's known that PS3 is able to play the newly finished 3D Blu-Ray specifications
and that Xbox 360s are seen playing 3D Gears of War 2, via 2D - 3D conversion processes .
Literally, they (the gaming companies) have such an abundance of reasoning AGAINST releaseing any kind of Fully New Console any time soon.
They will most likely do updates, add-ons, and tweek current standard in gaming today.
