So apparently what they are saying is that they are going to make homosexuality more acceptable does that mean they can come out?
K-Pop has, for a long time, treated homosexuality as a punchline or as a way to titilate fans (think fangirls and fanfics and shipping). However, from GLAMâs debut with âParty XXOâ, to INFINITEâs Hoyaâs well-loved portrayal of a gay character in âReply 1997â and Seo In Gukâs role in K. Willâs âPlease Donâtâ music video, weâve seen the tides begin to turn. Perhaps most telling, however, is Hong Suk Chunâs gradual return to the spotlight and the publicâs acceptance of his return- unlike the previous examples, Hong Suk Chun is a real person, so his acceptance means the most. We think that weâll see even more discussion- and, hopefully acceptance- of homosexuality within the Korean media this year.
Answer
I highly doubt it. Even if Korea is getting more exposed to it, the chances of someone coming out will still be slim because it's risky for a idol to come out. There have been numerous cases of Korean celebrities getting harassed, losing their jobs, and even suiciding after opening up about their sexuality. Although Korea is getting more used to homosexuality, it still isn't widely accepted there. I think that more LGBT related will show up in K-Pop this year but I don't think that really popular idols such as someone from Super Junior or SNSD will come out. I mean, some companies won't even allow idols to date, the chances of a company allowing an idol to come out is almost nonexistent (maybe 0.00001%)

What were the earliest forms of blogging?
Twitch
does anyone know this answer?
1. What were the earliest forms or types of blogging before it became popular?
Answer
This is what wikipedia says about it:
The term "weblog" was coined by Jorn Barger[58] on 17 December 1997. The short form, "blog," was coined by Peter Merholz, who jokingly broke the word weblog into the phrase we blog in the sidebar of his blog Peterme.com in April or May 1999.
The modern blog evolved from the online diary, where people would keep a running account of their personal lives. Most such writers called themselves diarists, journalists, or journalers. Justin Hall, who began personal blogging in 1994 while a student at Swarthmore College, is generally recognized as one of the earliest bloggers,[64] as is Jerry Pournelle.[citation needed] Dave Winer's Scripting News is also credited with being one of the oldest and longest running weblogs.

If you think about it, however, the practice of broadcasting one's day-to-day activities and plans for the future was made popular by FDR long before the computer or Internet. He did it by radio and called it a "Fireside Chat."
