Obama has wasted millions of LEGAL taxpayer dollars suing states trying to prevent them from enforcing federal immigration laws only in the end to see the Supreme Court uphold all these state laws as being Constitutional.
Maybe if Obama started caring more about LEGAL Americans out of work and less about illegals in this country illegally our economy would be recovering by now.
Utah is the fourth and latest state the Justice Department has sued over their tough immigration laws.
The Obama administration has also sued Alabama, Arizona and South Carolina.

When Obama sued the states, he sued US and that is offensive. He's an offensive, arrogant fool!
He has a law what is opposed by about 65% of Americans but he considers it his "single greatest accomplishment." He's terrified that ObamaCare will be ruled unconstitutional. I bet he's working on his end run around the SC.

I am a licensed RN in the US coz i have already taken the NCLEX exam in Tokyo, Japan. I will be leaving for the US soon and I am just wondering if I can get RN jobs as soon as i arrive in the US or do I need to wait for the work permit from the USCIS? What other jobs can I do for the meantime? Answers will be greatly appreciated.

I am a matchmaker and founded http://www.heartofasiaonline.com When marriage results, my couples often ask advice on how to accomplish immigration, and reunite in the USA
You must wait for your Employment Authorization to be granted, before you work in the USA.
It generally arrives within a month of applying for it.
Arriving on a Fiancee Visa you are allowed to apply for Employment Authorization as early as the Day you arrive in USA. You file form N-765, Application for Employment Authorization..
Download this form free at http://fianceevisaservices.com/uscisforms.html
The cost is $340 and allows you to work, once granted, even before you marry.
Once you marry, you apply for Adjustment of Status, to obtain your Green Card. You should marry and apply for Adjustment of Status before 90 days after your arrival in the USA. When you apply for Adjustment of Status, if you had already obtained Employment Authorization, you need to apply for Employment Authorization AGAIN. The first EA was valid for the time you are Single, the second would replace that to be valid while your Green Card is pending.
The good news is there is no extra fee charged when applying for Employment Authorization if you do so at the same time you apply for your Green Card.
So the most economical, way is to marry immediately upon your entrance to the USA, and immediately apply for your Green Card, and at the same time attach the application for Employment Authorization. You will get your Employment Authorization about a month later.
If for some reason you do not wish to marry right away, but you want to work as soon as possible, then you apply for the Employment Authorization immediately upon your entry to the USA and pay the $340 application fee. You will get your Employment Authorization about a month later.
