Who are the Kardashians and why are they always on the Yahoo News?

I saw one comment in a different news story saying, "At least it keeps the Kardashians out of the news." I didn't know what he meant until 1 minute later. I looked at the news and the Kardashians were in the first page. Lately, I've been noticing a lot of stories about them and most of the comments below are hate comments against them. Who the heck are they, what are they famous for, why are they always on the news, and why do people hate them so much?

They are a family that stars in a reality show "Keeping up With the Kardashians" The three sisters are the most famous (Kourtney, Kim, and Khole) They grew up super rich because there dad was the defense lawrey in the famous OJ Simpson case (he was an american football star that was accused of murdering his wife in the 90's) They grew up in a cushy lifestyle, with lots of money. And they knew a lot of celebrity's so thats why they were offered a television show. The reason they have been in the news lately is because Kim Kardashian just had a HUGE wedding, that was like the social event of the year, and she is now getting divorced only 72 days later. So everyone is making a big deal out of it, accusing her for just marrying for money.
