Why do photos that you see on celebrities they almost always have their headphones of earphones as if they're listening to something? Are they really listening to something? Do they want to get run over by a truck coz they can't hear?

yes, their using the earphone to receive an order from their manager or adviser. when their fan or press give them a question about gossip and etc, so they can answer the question easily and more professional..
