They're targeted to the same age group, teenagers, right? You see, like everyone else in the world, I want to make the best of the money I have. I looked on their websites and other than prices (Teen Vogue being 50 cents each on a subscription and Vogue $1.25) I really don't see any difference between the two. What are they specifically about? Celebrity gossip dishes, quizzes, makeup tips, self-help, ect?

Teen Vogue is, essentially a "teenage version of Vogue". It depends on your age, I suppose. If you're aged between 12-15, perhaps the Teen Vogue might be a better option for you as it features teen beauty, teen fashion, etc.
I would probably think that "Vogue" would be more suitable if you're a little older as they focus on more high-end fashion, beauty etc.

Whenever i meet a girl who likes them, its always bad. Shes always costantly talking about them with ppl, shes always watching videos of them, sharing and likig their pics on Facebook, even those dumb "Like for JB, ignore for Satan" type pics. Also making up random dumb names like Beleibers and Directioners and some other stuff. And they seem to be the most butthurt ppl. Like if theres a guy obsessed with Eminem, and someone says "Eminem sucks", the guy would maybe try defending Eminem for a bit, then drop the subject. But "Belibers" dont. They will constantly try to save him and make you like him.
Like idk why its just with them. When a girl likes Katy Perry, its normal. If you like 50 Cent, its normal. If you like Nirvana, its normal. If you like David Bowe, its normal. But once u like Justin Beiber, its lik u become the most annoying person. Whyyyyy
