What are some good world records to talk about?

i am doing an informative speech on world records, and i can't find much to talk about.

all the good records i think about don't have anything on them, so i can't find them.

please help!

As far as current events go, the most babies born at one time (the Suleman Octuplets) is currently a very timely popular topic with news commentators and in editorial columns.

I also heard on the news this week that some one had set a world record for holding his/her breath underwater.
