Where are the responses to the Yahoo news articles?

Usually below each news article there is a place for users to respond with comments. Today (3/2/12) I noticed that there are no responses for any of the news articles. Does anyone (including Yahoo) know what happened to the responses?
Who is the judge of what a stupid response is? Free speech is free speech isn't it? So is Yahoo the internet police and have they decided they will ban ALL responses because of the seemingly unwise comments of a few? Whatever happened to "Everyone has a right to their opinion"??

There is some kind of glitch in the system right now. It happens every once in awhile on Yahoo. Currently there are no comments section on any story in any category on Yahoo. I am sure they are working fervishly to correct the problem. They know better than anyone how popular that feature is!

I'm trying to find this website/blog that features the most talked about news topics in all the countries in the world at any moment. From what i can recall the website has colorful cells. Each color represents a different country and the size of the cell represents how popular the news/topic is in the country.
if anyone knows what website I'm thinking of, that'd be great!

Is it http://news.alltop.com/? No colorful cells but only site I could think of.
