Did Jordin Sparks Lose Her Voice?

I heard like about a month ago on the news that Jordin Sparks might lose her voice, but didn't like got into more of the details later on. So did she lose her voice? Because I'm a big fan of hers and I really want her to make more songs.

I can assure you she didn't lose her voice, it's just that the 'music industry' wants something tragic to happen to her so the money can reel in big time. In some of her songs, her voice kinda changes and that's because in the recording studio they can change voices by adding more vibe to it.

So be sure to get the latest update to 9.0 Beta. Yahoo it is about time you did something about voice in chat rooms for the many Vista users out there. I do not know what technology Yahoo is using for voice in chat rooms now. If you prefer to continue using 8.1.0.421 until 9.0 is out of the beta testing phase, then you will still need to install the True Speech Codec discussed in the paragraph below.

The next paragraph now only applies to those who want to keep using 8.1.0.421 and not the 9.0 Beta newest update.

This is because Windows Vista is does not include the True Speech Codec that Yahoo Messenger needs for voice in chat rooms and voice in conferences. Please note that this is different than PC to PC calling which is not affected by the missing codec. Good news is that you can install the true speech codec yourself. Please note that this fix works best for Vista Home Premium and not so well for Vista Home Basic. I am not sure about Vista Ultimate. But it cannot hurt to try the fix. Here is a link that has step by step instructions for downloading and installing this codec.

How come the news comments disappear for some articles and are not even available to comment on some others?

less than 24 hours later the user comments section has been deleted and a lot of articles don't include a user comments section at the bottom

Like all good things, more and more paid conservative posters was using Yahoo to try to influence people. Just like money now has a louder voice in Wash than individuals, money was being used in every possible political corner by Corporations and the wealthy to influence voters that their way is the best way.

The news feeds us tons of information every day, from what is good / bad for you to details about events in other countries. I think a lot of people believe that news stations are credible, and willingly believe anything that is told to them. How should we perceive this information to be able to decide what is true / lies? Is it safe to trust news broadcasts?

It is not safe, but comfortable, therefore it is safe in terms of your personal security. I mean most people do not believe what the media tells, but would be happy to receive most of the news, that is why media can survive in the competitive news market. Actually news is not important but the faith in people. when the majority of people believe that the thing is like what they have been told, then that become "truth", though it may be not true at all. it will be too late when people realise that. the media can always stand aside because they do not have to show you all the facets of the item, only one that they want to show you is enough. most people are stupid and lazy, just pick up what they are offered or what they like to see. our world is full of rumours, lies and biases, but who cares? truth is belong to the big mouth who have the power to voice. being smart sometimes makes you criticised or even worse...it is not important if you have the faith on the information or not. do what the media, the powers want you to do is the most important, just show your stupidity around, and you will be "safe" anyway.

remember, it is not media or authorities who make us being feed like puppets, but ourselves. We vote for the authorities, buy from the media and want to look at the things preoccupied (biased actually). today you bashed others, tomorrow you will be bashed by the same way you did to others. that is the pattern of our world, controlled by the Satan from the religious viewpoint.
